Plenty of games in the past has had coop where the second player doesnt get to make any meaningful story decisions. but its not the ONLY way to incorporate Coop. The story has been stonewalled due to the action of a secondary player, in a game DESIGNED for mp in mind, now translate that into a game in which companions carry a heavy brunt of the story That design wouldnt work in Pathfinder obviously. You, the protaganist, make a choice, to save sibel from lohse, you get your new questline in which the elven leader will leave with your help via boat.Īnd then your friend johnny everyman comes by, steals from one of them, and you are now their enemies.
